Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce bylo propojit vlastivědné poznatky do hodin matematiky formou vlastních pracovních listů, které byly zaměřeny na část historickou a část geografickou, jejich realizace se žáky 3. - 5. ročníku a provedení reflexe žáků. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením mezipředmětových vztahů, jejich historií, zařazení mezipředmětových vztahů do RVP ZV, charakteristikou vzdělávacích oblastí - Člověk a jeho svět, Matematika a její aplikace a analýzou učebnic matematiky, které svým obsahem přesahují do vlastivědy. V praktické části analyzuji řešení vlastních pracovních listů, které jsou zaměřeny na část geografickou a část historickou.ObhájenoThe main aim of my graduate thesis was to incorporate national history and geography knowledge into math classes in a form of my own worksheets that were aimed at a historical and geographical part. Then, their realization with the students of 3rd - 5th grades and a reflection of the students. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, I deal with the definition of intersubject relations, their history, implementation to RVP ZV, characteristics of education fields - Human and their world, Mathematics and its application and the analysis of maths student books that overlap to national history and geography. In the practical part, I analyse the solution of the worksheets made by myself that are focused on the geographical and historical part

Diplomová práce

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou autority učitele na 1. stupni ZŠ. Cílem bylo na základě dotazníkové šetření a následných rozhovorů zjistit, jak jednotliví učitelé autoritu vnímají, co pro ně znamená, jakým způsobem si ji budují a udržují. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením autority, jejími typy, krizí autority, okolnostmi jejího vzniku a ztráty. Zaměřuji se také na osobnost učitele a jeho profesní vývoj. Poslední kapitola je věnována autoritě učitele, kde uvádím význam autority v učitelské profesi, strategie budování autority a v neposlední řadě také kompetence učitele při jejím získávání. V praktické části popisuji uskutečněný kvantitativně - kvalitativní výzkum a předkládám jeho výsledky. Na základě výpovědí učitelů jsou poté vyvozena doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.ObhájenoThe graduate thesis deals with the issue of a teacher 's authority at primary school. The aim was to find out how the particular teachers perceive authority; what does it mean to them; how do they build and maintain it, by means of a questionnaire and the further interviews. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical background, I deal with the definition of authority, its types, the crisis of authority, circumstances of its building and loss. Moreover, I focus on the personality of teacher and his/her professional development. The last chapter concerns with the teacher's authority, its meaning, the strategies of its building. Furthermore, the teacher's competences in its building are mentioned. In the practical part, I describe a quantitatively - qualitative research and enclose its results. Recommendations for a pedagogical praxis are drawn based on the teachers' responses

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace čtyřpodlažního nízkoenergetického bytového domu s plochou střechou ve stupni pro realizaci stavby. Jedná se o nepodsklepenou stavbu s hromadnou garáží v prvním nadzemním podlaží. Stavba je navržena s důrazem na celkovou energetickou úspornost, která je doložena podrobným energetickým výpočtem náročnosti budovy podle vyhlášky č.78/2013 Sb. a ČSN 73 0540-2.Diploma thesis is aimed on solution of project documentation design of a four-storey low-energy block of apartments with a flat roof in the degree of project realization. The object has a collective garage on first floor and no basement. The structure is designed with the emphasis on overall energy saving, which was documented by detailed calculation of the energy performance of the building under Decree No.78 / 2013 Coll. and ČSN 73 0540-2.

Power losses in optical part of the link working in free space

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o charakteristikách laserových diod, difrakcí a o vlastnostech gausovského svazku. Je určen útlum vazby vysílací dioda - vysílací apertura v závislosti na velikostech apertury a na velikosti svazku v programu MATLAB. Jsou stanoveny optimální parametry vazby apertura-dioda.This master's thesis deals with the characteristics of the laser diode, diffraction and the properties of the gaussian beam. The coupling attenuation of the laser diode and the transmitting aperture is calculated depending on the sizes of the aperture and on the size of the beam in program MATLAB. The optimal parameters of the coupling diode-aperture are determined.

A Procedural Optimization and Maintenance of a Production Line

Import 05/08/2014Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku, která se zabývá procesní optimalizací a údržbou výrobní linky. V úvodu nám vyzdvihuje pojem proces, který je nedílnou součástí skupiny činností, a připomíná nám, proč je údržba v dnešní době tak důležitá. První část se věnuje projektovému managementu, jeho obecné rovině a přípravě, plánování a realizaci projektu. V následující druhé části se zaměřuje na opotřebení, jaké druhy se vyskytují a co je způsobuje. Dále na diagnostické metody pro odhalení vzniklých vad nebo pro jejich předejití. Také se zaměřuje na údržbu všeobecně, na její rozdělení a na její jednotlivé systémy. V další části řeší aplikaci procesní optimalizace na výrobní linku. A v poslední části se zabývá údržbou a diagnostikou rizik, které mohou narušit bezvadný stav stroje či výrobku. Závěrem nám zhodnotí celkový stav a dosažené výsledky.This Master Thesis focuses on Procedural Optimization and Maintenance of a Production Line.In the introduction attention is paid to the process which is an integral part of a group of activities, and the importance of maintenance nowadays is emphasized. The first part deals with the project management, its general level, and the project preparation, planning and implementation. The following part focuses on wear – what kinds of wear exist and what are the causes. Further in this part diagnostic methods are described how to detect or avoid hidden defects. This part also features maintenance in general, maintenance classification and individual systems of maintenance. Next part presents application of process optimization to a production line. And the last part concentrates on maintenance and diagnosis of risks that might disturb the faultless condition of a machine or a product. On the production technology of a specific part

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem nové technologie výroby zadané součásti ve strojírenské firmě. Zadaná součást se vyrábí na obráběcím centru metodou frézování. K vytvoření modelu součásti byl použit program SolidWorks a k vytvoření CNC programu byl použit program SolidCAM. Je zde vytvořen výrobní postup nové a staré technologie. V závěru je uvedeno srovnání obou technologií.This document describes the design of new production technology specific part in an engineering company. The specific part is manufactured on a machining center by milling method. To create model was used SolidWorks software and to create CNC program was used SolidCAM program. There is production process created with new and old technologies. There is a comparison of both technologies in conclusion.

Design of Portal Crane for Bus Manufacture Hall

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem mostového jeřábu do výrobny autobusů. V úvodu jsou srovnány jednotlivé typy mostových jeřábů, jejich výhody a nevýhody, na základě tohoto srovnání je zvoleno finální řešení jeřábu, které je vysvětleno v další kapitole. V dalším oddíle práce je statický výpočet ocelové konstrukce zvoleného řešení, včetně kontroly svarů z hlediska únavy. Práce dále řeší zabezpečovací zařízení na jeřábu a plán údržby. Výkresová dokumentace zvoleného řešení je dokumentována v příloze diplomové práce.Master thesis is dealing with design of portal crane for bus manufacture hall. The introduction compares variants of portal cranes designs, their advantages and disadvantages, on this comparsion, final design of crane is selected. This design is explained in next chapter. Next chapter deals with statical analysis of steel construction of selected design, including fatigue analysis of welds. Thesis explains safety devices on crane and maintenance plan. Race Car Roll Cage

Diplomová práce pojednává o zvýšení ochrany posádky závodního automobilu provedením změn v jeho bezpečnostní konstrukci dle současných bezpečnostních předpisů. K posouzení navržených možností konstrukcí bylo použito metody konečných prvků. Výsledkem práce jsou jednotlivé varianty s rozdílnými prvky rámu, které mají za úkol zvýšit bezpečnost daného závodního automobilu.Master thesis is about increasing of protection the crew in race car with changes in its roll-over protective structure according to current safety rules. For examination was used the Finite Element Method. The products of this thesis are different variation of roll cages, which are tasked to increasing the safety of existent race car.

Práce se zabývá návrhem čtyřkolové jeřábové kočky mostového jeřábu pro nosnost 32 000 kg. Obsahuje funkční návrh kladkostrojového převodu jeřábu, lana, kladek, lanového bubnu. Dále se práce zabývá výpočtem a volbou pohonu zdvihu, pojezdu a motorickým pohonem otáčení háku kladnice.This thesis deals with design four-wheel crab of crane for overhead crane with capacity of 32,000 kg. Contains the functional calculations of steel rope , pulleys, cable drum. The integral part of the thesis constitutes the calculation and choice of driving mechanism for lifting, travel drive and motor drive pulley block hook rotation.

Study of the properties of cement composites with polypropylene fiber modified low-temperature plasma

Plazmová úprava polypropylenových vláken představuje novou progresivní metodu, jak zvýšit užitné vlastnosti těchto vláken. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ověření efektu úpravy povrchu polypropylénových vláken do betonu nízkoteplotním plazmatickým výbojem v běžné atmosféře. V práci je popsán postup úpravy polypropylenových vláken nízkoteplotním plazmatem a hodnocen vliv této úpravy na objemové změny cementových kompozitů. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na objemové změny počáteční, tedy objemové změny v prvních fázích tuhnutí, kde není uvažováno s externím zatížením. Následně je v experimentální části provedeno ověření vlivu přídavku komerčně dostupných vláken a vláken upravených plazmatem na objemové změny a vybrané fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti zkoušených směsí.Plasma treatment of polypropylene fibers presents a new progressive method, how to increase the utility properties of these fibers. The thesis is focused on verifying the effect of surface treatment of polypropylene fibers in concrete with low-temperature plasma discharge in the normal atmosphere. The paper describes the procedure for treatment of polypropylene fibers with low-temperature plasma and evaluate the impact of this adjustment on the volume changes of cement composites. It should also be emphasized that the thesis is focused on the initial volume changes, ie volume changes in the early stages of solidification and only for your own mixture, which is not considered an external load. Subsequently, the experimental verification of the effect of the addition made commercially available fibers and fibers treated plasma volume changes to a selected physico-mechanical properties of the test compounds.
